I have spent all my life with horses. I started riding at a very early age, and i still ride & train them. I have a total of 30years experience (training, breaking in, dressage, jumping, racing etc) on the saddle. I have equipped myself academically when it comes to horses. I also have a medical back ground which helps in understanding & treating horses. I am very passionate about what i do!

Professional Training
The academy was set up keeping in mind the following: Basic Horsemanship, flat racing experience, breaking in 2 year olds, equine science, stable management, basics of breeding, handicapping, race reading, procedures of conducting enquires, in-depth study of the weight for age scale, horse assessing conformation), rules of racing & their implementation, stud farm management. This was a two year programme specially designed to cater to the needs of the various Turf Clubs & Leading stud farms of India, for highly trained & experienced horsemen to fill the role of Stipendiary Stewards, Stud farm managers, Equine studies instructors & handicappers. The academy has built a reputation as a premier institute offering an in depth training programme in horse studies. I graduated from this academy with distinction & have put the skills garnered to the best of abilities. I have also written a Thesis on ‘How to train a Jockey’.
Licences & Accreditations
Bangalore Gymkhana Meeting 1987 -1996 (Amateur Racing), roughly 500 rides and 85 wins. Bangalore Amateur Riders Horse Show 1998, Gold Medal in Tent Pegging. Officers Training Academy Madras Horse Show 1989, Silver Medal in Dressage. Bangalore Amateur Riders Horse Show, 1990 Gold Medal in Tent Pegging and Silver Medal in Show Jumping (1 meter). Bangalore Amateur Riders Horse Show, 1998 Gold Medal in Show Jumping & Gold Medal in Tent Pegging. Pondicherry, Auriville Horse Tournament 2003, under the aegis of the South India Equestrian Association: Participated in Tent Pegging. Bangalore, Pagaal Gymkhana Meeting, 2004 conducted very successfully by BARI @ the BARI premises, which included professional Jockeys & Amateur Riders taking part in fun games. Bangalore, EQUEST 2006 under the aegis of The South India Equestrian Championship at the Embassy International Riding School: Placed second in Show Jumping 80cms Normal (sen) sj5, participated in Dressage & Cross Country Jumping.

Job Profile: Working horses, dietary plan, workout planning, working 2 year olds, liaison with the owners etc. All other duties required by the asst. trainer are also fulfilled by me. Total number of horses under my supervision (49). •April 2007 – April 2008: Mr. R.R. Bairamji (Senior Trainer at the Bangalore Turf Club). Bangalore, India. Position: Assistant Trainer. Job Profile: Working horses, dietary plan, workout planning, working 2 year olds, liaison with the owners etc. All other duties required by the asst. trainer are also fulfilled by me. Total number of horses under my supervision (80). •Oct 1996 – April 2007: Bangalore Turf Club (BTC). Bangalore, India Position: Stipendiary Steward / Captain: Bangalore Amateur Riders Institute Job Profile: Track Management, Stable Management, handicapping, Human Relations, Captain: BARI (Bangalore Amateur Riders Institute), Conducting Gymkhana races, starting gate official, Betting ring supervisor. As well as the Gymkhana races (flat Racing), my duties here as Captain included supervising and over looking all of the above. The school had 22 horses, supervising their workouts feeding & medication. (October 1996 - October 1998: Training at the Hyderabad Racing Academy, India. Position: Trainee Job Profile: As I was already employed at The Bangalore Turf Club, they sent me to the above mentioned academy to train & work for two years in different departments of the race course).
