What does the Equus Connect website do?

Job Advertising within the equine industry: 

Equus Connect specialises in providing job advertising specifically for the local and international; Equine, Horse sport, Horse racing, Stud / Breeding farms, Vet work, Bloodstock sales, administration and Farming industries....every aspect of the equine industry is catered for. 

We are based in both the Northern & Southern Hemisphere and the site is run by people who are active within the industry.

Work Permits & Visas:

Any immigration, work permit or visa enquiry can be catered for at Equus Connect.

Is Equus Connect a recruitment company?

No, Equus Connect is not a recruitment company.

Any job description within the equine industry can be advertised on the Equus Connect website by employers, and people who apply for positions will be dealing directly with the 'Job Advertiser'.

Will my application be sent to the employer?

We Guarantee: Every job application is sent to the 'Job Advertiser' from the 'Job Seeker' in an organised and orderly manner....Equus Connect does not interfere in any way!

Post Your Profile On The Equus Connect Website for free

All registered 'Job Seekers' can post their profile on the Equus Connect website at any time.

When you have a profile listed live on the Equus Connect website and you apply for positions listed with us....There is no need to write or re write your application multiple times.

Your profile information will be automatically loaded into the application form ready to be sent. Very cool!

Please Note: Your email address will not be visible to employers at any time. They must send an enquiry via an internal form provide by Equus Connect. All enquiries will be sent to your email account.

If you do not want to provide a phone number? Please use the words 'Phone number withheld'

Log in (Once registered) and click on 'Add new Profile' to write and list your chosen details.

How to post a 'Confidential Profile'

'Job Seekers' can post a confidential profile, leaving themselves open to consider possible career opportunities without risking their current situation.

Simply list your:

• Private details, such as your name can be withheld. 
• Key skills.
• Industry experience.
• The field or discipline you are most interested in.
• Licence and accreditation's held.
• Where you would like to work, either within your local area or internationally.
• References can be supplied on demand.
• Your phone number can be withheld.

Can I edit my profile?

We allow people to edit their profile at any time throughout the life of the listing.

Can information from another document be used to write a profile?

Information from other sources can be used within our profile forms.

Simply copy and paste the details you require from other documents / sources, such as your CV onto our profile forms as you you would when using a word document.

How many images can be attached to a Profile?

Up to 3 photos can be attached to all profile listings.

We highly recommend using as many images as possible.

How do I renew an expired profile?

All listings are saved to 'Job Seeker' memberships upon expiry.

• Simply log in and click on 'Renew past profile'.
• You'll be able to reload your profile with a couple of mouse clicks.
• Please check all of the details within your listing are correct before renewing.

Please Note: For this function to be available to you, do not delete your profile at any time. 

This saves you lots of time as there is no need to rewrite  you profile if your on the lookout for employment in the future. 

How long does a profile stay live on Equus Connect?

Profiles are live for one month.

When you renew your profile it will appear in the #1 position on the job seeker list until the next profile is submitted providing added exposure.

What should I do when I encounter problems or I require help?

If you encounter problems with the site or you just need some help, send us a short email by clicking on 'Help & Feedback'. Use the form provided to explain the situation. This will be emailed to our service staff. 

We will reply to most communication within 2hrs but we guarantee an answer within 24hrs.

Technical difficulties may take a little longer depending on the situation.

 How do I send an immigration, work permit or visa enquiry?

1. Click on 'Work permits & visas'
2. Fill in the enquiry form, providing as much relevant information as possible (The form will accept unlimited text)
3. Our immigration partners will reply to all enquiries within 24hrs, via email.
