EQUUS CONNECT is an internet based platform that allows employers to advertise positions they need filled and job seekers an oppertunity to promote their skills, experience, what type of work they are interested in securing and where they would like to work either within their local area and/or internationally. It's free for job seekers to apply for positions listed on the Equus Connect website. 

With a lifetime of expirience and a passion for the racing and equine industries, the designers have lived and worked extensively around the world. Bill Williams has worked and ridden throughout Europe and Australasia for some of the leading National Hunt and flat yards after playing Polo and Hunting for many years.

Gary Waters is an Equine Dental Technician based at Newmarket. He currently works throughout the UK, Ireland and South Africa for many of the leading yards.

During these times it became apparent to us that there was no obvious or direct link between employers and job seekers of the Equine world that provided open and cost effective information about vacant positions. 

We have designed Equus Connect to accomadate every aspect of the local and international Equine industry; from Professional and Competition Stables through to Stud Farms, Racing Clubs, Vet Work, Farriers/Blacksmiths, Bloodstock Sales, Transport, Media, Executive positions, Administration, Accounts, Education and Training to Retailers & Suppliers. We are not recruiters and we do not charge commissions or placement fees. We beleive, job advertisers and job seekers should be able to comunicate directly with one and other.   

For years now staffing has been a real problem, many professional and amateur operations have struggled to secure the correct staff when they need them. This site gives employers an opportunity to recruit experienced staff from all over the globe for full time, part time or seasonal employment. The industry has struggled at every level to find suitable people, trained or untrained. This is where Equus Connect hopes to create a simple link between job seekers and employers. We have has designed the site with both of these groups in mind.

The website doesn't just consider the people who ride and handle horses. It includes all other facets of the industry from office staff to float drivers to horse dentistry. Whether you're involved in Bloodstock, Horse Racing, Equestrian, or any other Horse related Sport, you can now advertise in the one place for a reasonable price in what has now become a uniquely international business.
